Monthly, during the BONUS SESSION "How-to" buy real estate, information will be presented in a step by step natural progression by Club leader, Krystal Migliore.  This is especially beneficial to new investors and a great review for anyone.

Information:  Resource information (free and subscription) is shared with the group by its members.

Direction:  Learn from members when they share their experiences (some to be followed and some to be avoided).  Keep headed in the right direction--follow in the footsteps of fellow group members.      

Motivation:  Avoid the isolation created when no one in your everyday life "gets it".  Surround yourself with positive "like-minded" individuals to share information and  experiences.   Hear about the successes of others doing what the "dream stealers" say won't work.  Keep up-to-date on what is happening in the industry. 

Opportunities:  Talk to others in the group---the opportunities are there:  partners, joint ventures, private investors, passive investments, and DEALS.  Take advantage of the opportunity at the beginning of each GENERAL MEETING to ask for what you want to buy or tell about a property that you have for sale.  Throw it out to the universe and see what you get back: receiving what you want or need might just be a question or comment away!
